Established in 1989 by Stephen Wise, CFX is the oldest U.S. export sales agency specializing in marketing residential, commercial and hospitality furniture, lighting and decorative accessories to the Asian marketplace.
CFX is the exclusive sales and marketing representative for the following areas:

  • India – Pakistan - Bangladesh
  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand
  • Viet Nam

CFX's business interest lies with Asia-Pacific clients who are legitimate importers, distributors, retailers, catalog users and hospitality agents. CFX does not sell directly to the consumer. However, CFX will direct interested parties to the nearest authorized CFX dealer in their area.

CFX welcomes all interested Asia-Pacific furniture related customers to contact our office for additional information. CFX corresponds in English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese (Mandarin).

At present, CFX represents the sales and marketing interest of 16 United States and Canadian furniture, lighting and decorative accessory manufacturers.  The product lines of these companies are too extensive to be illustrated on our CFX website.  We invite you to visit our vendor listing for each individual company’s own website.

Discussing your needs and requirements with CFX is the same as communicating directly with the North American factory. CFX is a direct factory agent. Commissions are paid to CFX by the representative vendor.  There are no additional charges to our Asian clients.

CFX's commitment is to provide the most efficient service available, from before the product is ordered, until the product is received by the customer. 

Shipments may be ordered from the North American factory or consolidated warehouse, Asia factory direct or, in some cases, Asia consolidated factory direct. 

CFX's assurance to our Asia-Pacific clients is contained in our "FIVE C's":

  • Communication: All overseas communication via fax, mail or email will be answered within 48 hours in the language transmitted.
  • Consolidation: Orders for two or more factories may be combined into a single container, saving in ocean transportation and import/export documents fees.
  • Coordination: Living area suites may be coordinated by design, price level or compatibility, i.e. sofa, tables, lamps, decorative accessories.
  • Contact: CFX attends the semi annual Las Vegas, NV and High Point, NC furniture exhibitions. CFX welcomes all Asian buyers to visit our California office located near Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Hollywood, CA. CFX supports and exhibits with many of its CFX vendors in overseas Asian shows.
  • Consulting: CFX, with over 28 years of US furniture industry experience and 15 years in Asia-Pacific is qualified to plan, develop and initiate Asia-Pacific retail programs or galleries specializing in North American furnishings.

Additionally, CFX sales executives travel to meet our valued  Asia-Pacific customers on a scheduled basis.
